Organisant des <strong>repas &agrave; th&egrave;mes<\/strong> (menus serbe, hongrois, suisse&hellip;) <strong>servis par des critiques d&rsquo;art<\/strong> (Jouffroy, Ragon, Restany, etc.), Spoerri va transformer les tables abandonn&eacute;es par les <strong>convives<\/strong> en &laquo;&nbsp;tableaux-pi&egrave;ges&nbsp;&raquo;, fixant lui-m&ecirc;me les reliefs de ces repas sur les tables pour les <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_3e7a215c57423bf8d2aa588675647657\" href=\"https:\/\/www.profartspla.site\/wordpress\/Dictionnaire\/exposer\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">exposer<\/a> &ndash; une fois redress&eacute;es &ndash; aux murs du restaurant.
